A community platform for Caribbean-minded builders in the Netherlands, combining an assessment, member portal, events, and the journey from a live event to a nationwide community.
Challenge
The movement had momentum after its first event, but lacked one digital home. Registration, assessments, feedback, and member access were spread across separate tools instead of one product that could grow with the community.
Approach
- –Built the platform around community flows: assessment, event feedback, and a member portal
- –Implemented authentication and accounts with Clerk, using separate production domains for a stable sign-in experience
- –Created a conversion-focused marketing website that directs visitors to the right next step
- –Integrated Mollie so community payments and upgrades work smoothly in the Netherlands and EU
Result
Live at buildwithbito.nl: a clear digital path for new builders and a growing community of more than 35 early members.
